Local Shipping & Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
In case of a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Please note: We reserve the right to cancel any order without prior notice. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the customer.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been processed, which will include your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 72 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
www.haxstudio.com is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees incurred during or after shipping (such as tariffs or taxes) are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Damages
www.haxstudio.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Please retain all packaging materials and damaged items before filing a claim.
